Cookie
We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.
A “cookie” is a small piece of information that a website assigns to a User’s device while they browse the website. Cookies are very useful and can serve a range of purposes, including allowing users to navigate between pages efficiently, enabling certain features automatically, remembering preferences, and making interactions between the User and our services quicker and easier. Cookies are also used to ensure that the ads displayed are relevant to the User and their interests, and to compile statistics on the use of our Services.
The Site uses the following types of cookies:
a. ‘session cookies’, stored temporarily during a browsing session to enable normal use of the system and deleted from the device when the browser is closed;
b. ‘persistent cookies’ are only read by the Site, saved on the User’s computer for a set period, and are not deleted when the browser is closed. These cookies are used when it is necessary to recognise the User on repeat visits, for example, to allow us to store preferences for the next time they log in;
c. ‘third-party cookies’ are set by other online services that track content on the page being viewed, for example, by third-party analytics companies that monitor and analyse access to our website.
Cookies do not contain information that personally identifies the User, but the Personal Information we store about the User may be linked by us to information stored in and obtained from cookies. You can remove cookies by following your device’s preference instructions; however, if you choose to disable cookies, some features of our Site may not work properly and your online experience may be limited.
We also use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about how the Site is used. Google Analytics collects information such as how often Users visit the Site, which pages they visit, when they do so, and so on. We use this information solely to improve our Site and services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to the user on the date they visited the sites, rather than their name or other identifying information. We do not combine information collected through Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected about visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Google Privacy Policy.
Collection of information from third parties
Our policy applies exclusively to the use and disclosure of information collected from the User. Where the User discloses their information to other parties or websites on the Internet, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the information they share. We therefore encourage Users to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of every third party they choose to share their information with.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals who do not work for us and are not managed by us, including third parties that may disclose information as described in this Privacy Policy.
How do we look after your information?
We take the security of the Site and users’ information very seriously. We have adopted industry-standard policies and procedures to safeguard the information we collect and store, prevent its unauthorised use, and require all third parties to meet similar security standards in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Although we have taken all reasonable steps to protect information, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of anyone who gains unauthorised access to or misuses our Site, and we make no express, implied or other guarantees that such access can be prevented.
Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
Note: Some data recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area. In this case, we will only transfer data to countries approved by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection, or enter into legal agreements to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

We may use third-party advertising technologies to serve ads when the User accesses the Site). These technologies use information about the customer's use of the Services to deliver ads (for example, by placing third-party cookies in the User's web browser).
Users can opt out of many third-party advertising networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). For more information about NAI and DAA members’ practices and the choices available regarding how these companies use such information, including how to opt out of third-party ad networks operated by NAI and DAA members, visit their respective websites: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ and http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/.

In respect of Users’ right to privacy, these marketing materials include a way to opt out of receiving further marketing offers from us. If a User unsubscribes, we will remove their email address or phone number from our marketing distribution lists.
Note: Even if the User has unsubscribed from our marketing emails, we may still send other important types of email communications without providing the option to opt out. These communications may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.
